I’m Carl H. Wilson, an artist and illustrator based in Taylorsville, Kentucky. Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and each piece I create is a chance to tell a story, sometimes joyful, sometimes eerie, always personal.

My work ranges from wildlife and pet portraits to people, science fiction, and horror. I’m especially drawn to subjects that spark emotion, whether that’s the haunting atmosphere of classic horror or the warmth of capturing a beloved animal.

I enjoy working across different mediums, like graphite, pen & ink, oil paints, and markers, each offering a new way to explore texture, mood, and detail.
